The Change Enablement Advisor will utilize Prosci-developed methodologies and tools to support organizational change adoption and customer readiness by focusing on the people side of change. This role will develop and execute change enablement plans while working to embed best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors, project management, training, and communications teams to identify, develop, and execute change enablement plans, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with fellow Change Enablement Advisors to build and deploy a community of Change Champions to facilitate smooth transitions and drive faster adoption of processes and tools.
- Support the organization’s ability to enhance benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and the achievement of strategic goals.
